AI Foundation Course Munich 2016
By building on our strengths and the strengths of our teams and organizations, Appreciative Inquiry brings us to think and act differently about change, innovation, and organizational development.
Because at Cambiana we believe that this is key to succeed and grow, we asked two experts to come to Munich and deliver an “Appreciative Inquiry Foundation Course” in English.
This in-depth workshop will cover both the theory and practice of Appreciative Inquiry. Special attention will be given to the power of positive questions; the simultaneity of inquiry and change; the function of narrative and metaphor in human systems transformation; how to create alignment across functional, generational, cultural and technical boundaries; and how to discover, expand and sustain organizations’ root causes of success.
This international AI Foundation Course is designed for managers, human resource professionals, organizational and community facilitators, from corporate, governmental and not-for-profit organizations: For anyone who wants to get a solid grounding in the theory and practice of Appreciative Inquiry.
Developed over the past decade, this workshop uses an experience-based model that prepares consultants to work with AI in client systems and prepares leaders and managers to use AI for working with organizational and community change. There is not a single powerpoint slide: Participants will practice concretely during five days the principles and process of AI.
Rather than just another technique, AI is presented as a radically innovative approach to facilitating change.
This NTL/Lincoln Series Workshop is delivered by Appreciative Inquiry France and organized by Cambiana Consulting in Germany.
