Gaëlle is the founder and managing director of Cambiana. She brings over 20 years of international experience in marketing communications, business development, project management and workshop facilitation for local and global companies. In the past ten years, she has worked as a management consultant, coach and facilitator for international firms, designing and facilitating workshops and intercultural learning programmes for more than 4,000 executives and their teams worldwide. Also a painter, she strives to liberate creative energies into the work reality and uses visual arts in some workshop designs.
Susanne has been facilitating across cultures for more than 20 years, with a focus on integrating new ideas through experiential activities. Her most current work with global corporations has been building and facilitating virtual teams, supporting multipliers in their transfer of knowledge and developing communication across sectors. Susanne strives to build trust, thus fostering innovation. As a member of Cambiana’s core team, Susanne provides creative techniques together with strong teambuilding and networking expertise.
Nicole brings to Cambiana a broad range of consulting and human resources expertise and more than 17 years’ experience working with teams in an international context. Her knowledge of the IT industry, gained as project and team manager in HR Development, is combined with a certification as an Intercultural Business Trainer/Moderator. Her focus as a trainer and consultant is to work with organisations to maximise the potential of individual diversity and talent by establishing sustainable competence development programmes.
Based in Paris, Anne joins our team from the exciting and sensual field of perfumery and flavors. Her appetite for challenges and an intense curiosity lead her to work in the fields of recruitment, training, and competencies growth for 14 years. In the last years, Anne has focused on leadership and talent development, integrating the diverse Human Resources aspects into a global and concrete vision.
Marein Orre is an experienced business coach and facilitator, and a marketing professional with more than 25 years of business experience. Her work with individuals and teams focuses on communication, leadership and intercultural skills. She enjoys working with clients on clarifying needs, opening new perspectives, identifying resources, and removing blocks. She supports them to reach their goals and realize their visions. She also helps her clients with process expertise and structure, providing support and feedback in order to foster healthy personal and organizational growth.
Alun’s strengths lie in communication, facilitation and creativity. He works with individuals and groups to help them stay on track and achieve their objectives and desired outcomes. He also works with businesses to help them make communication clear, concise and unambiguous. Alun’s forte is creating learning and development opportunities for individuals and groups of people through activities and business simulations. Whether he is working with a team tackling real business issues or a group of individuals developing their own leadership skills, Alun’s focus is always on the objectives and outcomes.
Marcello has been working in Learning & Development since 2001. He started as a teaching assistant in Human Resources Development (College of Europe, Bruges). In 2003, after a six-month traineeship in the training unit of the European Commission in Brussels, Marcello became an independent trainer and facilitator and has since worked in various fields for a number of clients across the globe, using innovative and interactive methods.
Based in Toulouse, Sandra has over 15 years of international experience working in large multinationals and multicultural environments. The one guiding thread in her career and personal life has always been her deep interest in meeting and interacting with people across various cultures and backgrounds. She worked in various domains, among which Human Resources, project management, Human Resources Information System and training, and had the chance to collaborate with people from different countries and learn about the importance of intercultural awareness.
Tina has 10 years’ experience in corporate training and has helped develop employees’ technical skills and competencies in over 12 countries as an instructor. In Germany since 1999, she managed the training department at a global financial services company, responsible for employee development in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy.
Shabnoor is a versatile, pragmatic and experienced management professional and consultant with a well-established track record of delivering excellence to her clients for over 15 years. Her work include various realms of Change Management, Leadership Development, and Individual Core development for personal and professional success through learning, awareness and self-discovery. Besides relevant management qualifications, she brings to her consulting and coaching practise rich and diverse industry experience in running operations, developing teams and driving results.
Ann-Kathrin’s passion lies in developing and accompanying leaders and teams in multinational environments. Over 20 years’ leadership experience in international organizations, have given her a deep understanding of the challenges in different corporate fields. Raised in Argentina and South-Africa, having worked in many different countries and now based in Munich, Germany, she has developed a strong intercultural awareness.
Ursula has over 15 years of training and coaching experience in the field of talent development and has worked across many industries with multinational clients, both in the United States where she lived and worked for 13 years, and in Europe. Focusing on authentic leadership in diverse work environments, her portfolio ranges from leadership development and employee engagement to team building facilitation and coaching.
Due to her multi-faceted training and varied professional experience, Anja covers a wide range of expertise. She has over 10 years’ experience as a lawyer, specializing in family law and criminal defense. Anja has also worked as a mediator in the meantime and as a coach for teams and individuals. Coaching and mediation are now her professional focus.
Andreas has an academic background in business economics and tourism management in Germany, Spain and the Netherlands. For the master dissertation of his postgraduate MBA studies in International Management Consulting, finishing with distinction, he investigated intercultural business ethics. A two-year formation as business and personality coach (“psychology of change”) tops off his professional background.
Anna is an intercultural executive coach, facilitator and consultant to leaders and their teams, focusing on leadership and performance transformation. Her approach is characterized by her own extensive leadership experience gained over 20 years in roles in Marketing, Innovation, and HR in global international organizations (Mars, L’Oreal and Diageo).
Based in Paris, Catherine supports large transformation programs within multinationals in many industries. She leads both strategic consulting with operational impact and executive coaching for leaders and their teams. Her expertise is at the crossroads of organizational development and leadership expansion.
Andi brings a broad range of leadership skills to the Cambiana team. With 20 years in business Andi has worked in a variety of roles, including director of a UK SME healthcare business, manager in a Fortune 100 company and COO of several boutique consultancies. Over the course of his career, Andi has worked in more than 25 countries on four continents and has facilitated, trained and coached over 60 nationalities. Andi works in English and Spanish, having spent 15 years in Spain as his base.
Stephanie has been working as a facilitator for team development and as an intercultural trainer and coach for 14 years. Since 2013, her work has been focusing increasingly on leadership development. Stephanie started her career as an outdoor trainer and then expanded into indoor environments. One of her specialties is her lively process-oriented and client-centered working style.
Martin has worked in the area of Human Resources Development as a trainer, coach and facilitator since 1998. This is not merely a profession but his mission in life. It fills him with deep satisfaction to support individuals and companies in their development.
Since 2002, Vesselina has connected together her profession and passion for working as a trainer, coach and consultant. Born and raised in Bulgaria, she has worked in her home country for several years in different positions. She started her career as a Marketing and Sales professional in the tourism industry, then worked as a recruitment consultant for a German company building teams in Bulgaria and then as a project manager in the educational field for eastern and southeastern European managers in Bulgaria and later in Germany.
Ahmad Mohseni has gained an excellent reputation as senior management consultant and trainer working in the areas of communication, creative direction, organisational consulting and coaching. His expertise lies in leadership and organisational development, change management and group dynamics across cultures.
Anja’s main focus is business communication in all its different facets. She helps others to develop interpersonal skills that enable successful presentations, and rhetorical skills for authentic, convincing performances, as well as effective dialogues and negotiations.
Manije has been working as an intercultural coach and trainer for over 20 years. Living as an expatriate for 15 years, she started her career as a teacher in international schools in different countries. She then moved on to helping expatriates and their families relocate, by designing and running transition workshops. Her work has exposed her to many different cultures with a diverse set of working and communication styles, customs and traditions. As a member of the Cambiana team, Manije provides expertise on eastern European cultures together with strong analytical and mediation competence.
Claudia has extensive experience in the field of international collaboration, both as a manager and a consultant, facilitator and trainer. She spent 15 years holding various management and leadership positions in the Unilever Group of Companies and with Braun/Gillette, setting up and managing affiliate offices as well as distributors and licensees across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. As a member of the Cambiana team, Claudia brings a long experience of working with Asian cultures, in particular China and India, together with strong strategic and organisational development expertise.
