Andi Roberts

Andi brings a broad range of leadership skills to the Cambiana team. With 20 years in business Andi has worked in a variety of roles, including director of a UK SME healthcare business, manager in a Fortune 100 company and COO of several boutique consultancies. Andi focuses on four key aspects of business: leadership, innovation, team development and b2b sales. In these areas he blends facilitation with training and one-to-one as well as team coaching. He communicates comfortably at board level and connects well with people at all levels, having worked his way up through several organisations.

Three years of training have allowed Andi to gain the Professional Certified Coach designation of the International Coach Federation as well as the Certified Professional Facilitator designation of the International Association of Facilitators. In addition to these, Andi holds a range of certifications in psychometrics and 360 degree feedback tools, including Lominger leadership and Team Architects, MBTI®, TETRAMAP and ChangeGrid.

Academically, Andi holds a Professional Diploma in Management, a post graduate Certificate in Systems Thinking in Practice and an MBA with a focus on strategy, innovation, knowledge management and strategic HR. Andi also holds an MSc in Systems Thinking in Practice. In addition to his own study Andi is an associate lecturer at the OU Business School, where he delivers the finance and marketing curriculum.

During his “spare time”, Andi supports the development of books and training materials as a reviewer, and he has recently been involved in the co-creation of “Business Model You”, which applies the concepts of business modelling to career planning.

Philosophy: The unlocked potential in employees is just huge, and leaders at all levels have to relearn how to untap this potential by creating a compelling vision, finding their own passion and empowering their teams to play to win rather than what tends to be an unfortunate practice of playing not to lose.
