Anne Christine Metz

Based in Paris, Anne joins our team from the exciting and sensual field of perfumery and flavors. Her appetite for challenges and an intense curiosity lead her to work in the fields of recruitment, training, and competencies growth for 14 years. In the last years, Anne has focused on leadership and talent development, integrating the diverse Human Resources aspects into a global and concrete vision.


With her extensive operational HR experience in the chemical business, Anne complements the Cambiana team by bringing expertise in establishing and maintaining a wide range of strategic initiatives and processes, and a capacity to manage large-scale projects.


From recruiting, school partnerships and talent identification to on-boarding programs, technical and managerial career development and diversity initiatives, Anne assists clients to establish new solutions as well as streamline their HR operations. Her strength is in creating the dynamics of collaboration, aligned with her client’s strategy. Anne brings a relaxed facilitation style, with an excellent attention to sustainable results. She is able to train in both French and English.


A strong sense of (corporate) social responsibility is a guiding principle for Anne as she engages actively in her community and inspires others to share their expertise and time with those in greater need, whether for the homeless or young people searching for direction.


Originally a trained psychologist (Université René Descartes, Paris), Anne recently completed her professional experience with a thesis on the transmission of know-how and the evolution of managers’ expertise (Master’s in Human Resources from IGS, Paris). In addition, she is also trained in Co-development group facilitation.


Philosophy: I believe in the power of internal or external transmission to build a sustainable organization. Empowerment and commitment are both keys and results for this approach.
