Based in Paris, Catherine supports large transformation programs within multinationals in many industries. She leads both strategic consulting with operational impact and executive coaching for leaders and their teams. Her expertise is at the crossroads of organizational development and leadership expansion.
Catherine brings 20 years of field and strategic business experience as a Human Resources Director in the new technologies sector. Her various management positions gave her an accurate understanding of organizations and people working in complex environments. Through her long experience as a leader, she also developed a deep knowledge of how executive committees work. Her passion lies in linking talent development with the evolution of matrix organizations in global contexts.
Catherine initially graduated in Economics and Finance as well as in Human Resources. She is also trained and certified in Appreciative Inquiry, Clear Leadership and Intentional Leadership. These change management and leadership development approaches are based on the strengths and successes of both individuals and organizations to create sustainable transformation. She also uses systemic exploration in her business contributions in French and in English.
