Based in Toulouse, Sandra has over 15 years of international experience working in large multinationals and multicultural environments. The one guiding thread in her career and personal life has always been her deep interest in meeting and interacting with people across various cultures and backgrounds. She worked in various domains, among which Human Resources, project management, Human Resources Information System and training, and had the chance to collaborate with people from different countries and learn about the importance of intercultural awareness.
She deeply believes that the development of organizations goes through the development of their people. Today a professional coach and consultant, she is using her operational background as well as her coaching approach to serve her clients.
Sandra brings to Cambiana her energy and a systemic approach to situations and solution-finding. She is structured and process-oriented, and convinced that co-creating new ways of working is essential especially in the digital transformation era. As a consultant and coach, a hands-on, but also conceptual person, she is dedicated to finding innovative solutions in developing individuals and upgrading their competency and motivation level.
Sandra graduated from NEOMA Business School in 1996. She lived in Thailand where she taught a management class to BA students. She also lived a couple of years in Germany. She was trained in Coaching at International Mozaïk in Paris, in Co-development group facilitation as well as in the Appreciative Inquiry approach. She works in French and English.
