Ursula has over 15 years of training and coaching experience in the field of talent development and has worked across many industries with multinational clients, both in the United States where she lived and worked for 13 years, and in Europe. Focusing on authentic leadership in diverse work environments, her portfolio ranges from leadership development and employee engagement to team building facilitation and coaching.
Her profound knowledge of human development complements her natural ability to connect with others, a valuable quality conducive to building trust when facilitating people´s development and growth. She is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Applied Languages in Munich, and she works in English and German. Currently based in France, she is also fluent in French.
Ursula holds Master’s degrees in Communication from the Ludwig-Maximilian University, Munich, and in Intercultural Relations from the University of the Pacific, USA. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Administration and Management from Harvard University, USA, and a Certificate in Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching, ORSC. She is a Co-active Coach, certified through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and the International Coach Federation (ICF) in the USA.
