Since 2002, Vesselina has connected together her profession and passion for working as a trainer, coach and consultant. Born and raised in Bulgaria, she has worked in her home country for several years in different positions. She started her career as a Marketing and Sales professional in the tourism industry, then worked as a recruitment consultant for a German company building teams in Bulgaria and then as a project manager in the educational field for eastern and southeastern European managers in Bulgaria and later in Germany.
Through these different corporate assignments, she has gained invaluable experience in the various stages of multicultural team development. Her working languages are Bulgarian, German and Russian.
As a coach and a member of the Cambiana team, Vesselina offers our clients a deep understanding of eastern and southeastern European cultures, including Russia and the Ukraine.
Vesselina’s work today focuses on increasing effective communication across cultures and helping professionals develop their negotiation and sales skills, as well as on leadership and motivation, teambuilding and conflict management. Her areas of expertise are embedded in cross-cultural training and culture-specific workshops, which she leads on behalf of companies, universities and public administrations.
Vesselina has trained and is certified as a systemic coach at GST in Munich, Germany (Gesellschaft für Systemische Therapie und Beratung). She holds a Diploma in Business Management (University of Economics, Varna, Bulgaria) as well as a Master’s degree in Intercultural Communication and Cooperation (MA, University of Applied Sciences, Munich).
