Multipliers are often asked to create new systems for sharing information across departments, functions and divisions. Thus, they need the ability to re-package information for a variety of uses and audiences. The skills of engagement, creativity and communication are vital for a multiplier to be sustainable.
These two days of highly interactive and creative work are designed to challenge old patterns of thinking and working, and to provide tools that will allow multipliers to consistently transfer knowledge across various contexts. Participants will be working on different tasks and activities within the framework of a main creation project.
