- Preparation of training, coaching and workshops delivery e.g., organization, check of material, presentations and documents, translations
- Travel booking for the Cambiana trainers and coaches
- Management of registrations for the open Cambiana courses and programs (e.g. program enrollment, confirmation with participants, creation of invoice)
- Support in online coordination of participants, e.g. appointments with trainer / coach
- Coordination and correspondence with the trainers and coaches
- Support in the organization of internal events
- Support in the online administration of the Cambiana Digital Campus (dates)
