To support our continuous growth and our international team, we are looking for a trainer-coach for our hybrid and digital learning and team development programs (m/f/d); remote work possible.
Your Tasks
Your Profile
- Certified trainer/coach, other certifications welcome (e.g., MBTI, Hogan)
- Strong methodological knowledge in the fields of training and coaching
- Professional experience as trainer in team- and leadership development
- Systemic and values-based approach
- Service, customer- and solutions-oriented thinking and acting
- Comfortable with social media, passionate about new learning & digital collaboration technologies
- Very good observation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Team player and motivated personality with independent and goal-oriented way of working
- High interest for international and diverse cultures, team player
- Fluency in English; other languages welcome
