Ivona Radic

Ivona completed her bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy and Educational Science at the Ludwig-Maximilian-University Munich, where she developed a strong interest in how people learn and how effective learning environments are designed.

Her work on an educational project in Sumatra, Indonesia and the perspectives shaped by her own migration background further strengthened her intercultural collaboration skills and reinforced her motivation to create meaningful and accessible learning experiences.

She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Pedagogy with a specialization in Educational Management and Research at LMU Munich, focusing on the strategic development, planning, and management of learning initiatives. This allows her to combine her academic knowledge with her passion for Learning & Development and digital education.

She joins our E-Learning Team, where she supports us in managing and enhancing our digital learning courses and contribute to our marketing activities.  She brings valuable experience in intercultural collaboration, designing learning interventions, and strong theoretical foundations in teaching and learning.
