Face-to-Face Sessions

Face-to-face communication creates a strong bond of trust between people so we like to take the opportunity to bring team members together in the same room. We offer team workshops indoor and outdoor, teambuilding and team events, as well as team coaching sessions in different settings.

Online Team Building Camps
Especially designed for remote teams, our team programs blend interactive digital workshops, webinars and live sessions with the facilitator. We offer standard and tailor-made team development modules with a dedicated facilitator, bite-sized to fit into busy work schedules – all digital but with regular human interaction. On our Cambiana Campus platform, participants engage with each other and build a strong team spirit around their specific topics that bring sustainable results.

Blended Team Coaching
We also offer a mix of guided virtual teamwork and engaging face-to-face team sessions with the team coach – offsite and onsite. On the Cambiana Campus platform, team members are then prompted to actively participate in their coaching process and receive ongoing support from their team coach at both individual and group level to prepare for the live sessions.
