Anja Domres

Anja is an experienced leadership trainer and coach with a Master’s degree in Psychology, specializing in Work and Organizational Psychology. She brings over 20 years of international professional and leadership experience across the financial services and tech industries, with a strong focus on customer centricity, research, organizational transformation, and innovation.

Anja is passionate about the future of learning and the possibilities emerging technologies offer. As a certified Metaverse Trainer (TÜV) and Virtual Reality Senior Trainer and Coach, she integrates immersive tools into leadership development, team collaboration, and educational programs. She is particularly enthusiastic about helping others experience the potential of XR (Extended Reality) to foster engagement, insight, and sustainable learning.

Her approach to training and coaching is shaped by a deep psychological foundation and a broad set of credentials: she is a Strategic Business Coach, licensed psychotherapist (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie), accredited TypeCoach Practitioner, and trained in systemic coaching, intercultural communication, and decision-making psychology.

In addition to her corporate work, Anja also serves as an AVGS Coach, offering career and executive coaching for individuals navigating career transitions. 

Anja has led cross-functional teams and supported change initiatives in fast-moving environments. She is a member of the Professional Association of German Psychologists and is known for her solution-focused, forward-thinking coaching style.

Based in Berlin, Germany, she works in both English and German, helping leaders and teams unlock their potential and navigate transformation with clarity and confidence.
