Carlos Hagenaars
A strategic leader and coach with emphasis on vision and people, Carlos supports companies and teams to deal with change and organizational transformation. Carlos has a technical background and over 20 years of experience in building products and teams in a variety of senior management roles, including: General-, Development-, Product-, Program-, Sales- and Delivery Management.
In the last 5 years, Carlos has been guiding leadership teams to scale and grow their business and organization. His experience and approach make him a trusted advisor and as a coach, he is a companion in the journey of transformation.
Carlos’ professional goals include helping leaders and their teams with the challenges of a dynamic and changing environment. He takes pride in building products, developing the organization, teams and individuals. Through executive, team and personal coaching, he aims to help build the context and environment that teams need to thrive.
Carlos is trained and certified as a team coach in Organizational & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) at CRR Global, trained in the fundamentals of Co-active Coaching (CTI) and licensed as a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) practitioner.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Heerlen Polytechnic and completed the International Modular Executive MBA at Maastricht University.
