Eva Fernández Ammann

A professional business trainer, facilitator and coach, Eva has been working in the fields of professional education and online communication for many years. She has also worked as a scientific project assistant for personnel development of the HR department of the University of Heidelberg. Her academic experience also includes working as a Research Associate for the Department of Linguistics and Media Studies of the Mannheim University.

Her areas of expertise include: Agile learning & Agile project management, Peer coaching, Intercultural Competence & Diversity Management, Presentations & Communication, Moderation & Visualization techniques, Creativity methods & Innovation processes, Team development, and Train-The-Trainer.

In Eva‘s trainings, clients experience a lively mix of theory and practice, discussions and self-reflection, analysis and personal development. Eva creates content and design in close agreement with clients and participants. Flexibility, fun and creativity are just as important to her as clarity and goal orientation. Learning goes hand-in-hand with work processes to help participants shape their own path, to progress personally and professionally.

Eva holds a degree in Roman Philology (Spanish / French) and in Media & Communication from the Mannheim University.
