Understanding your own and others’ personality is key to improve personal effectiveness, collaboration and performance. Based on Carl Jung’s theory of psychological type, this tools indicate your personality preferences in four dimensions:
- Where you focus your attention & get your energy from – Extraversion (E) or Introversion (I)
- The way you take in & process information – Sensing (S) or INtuition (N)
- How you make decisions – Thinking (T) or Feeling (F)
- How you deal with the world – Judging (J) or Perceiving (P)
The four letters that make up your personality type will help you understand yourself and your relations with others.
Our TypeCoach® certified coaches help you find out your personality type and how to leverage the applications in life and at work, including influencing. We provide lifetime licenses to the Type Coach® platform, with coaching videos, individual tips and strategies to better communicate and collaborate with different personality types, and team profiles.
