Gaëlle Piernikarch is the founder and CEO of Cambiana, where she champions a vision of leadership development rooted in emotional intelligence, trust, and meaningful change. With over 25 years of international experience in change management, marketing communications, business development, and project management, she combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of human dynamics to help organizations evolve and thrive.

Having lived and worked across several European countries and in the US, Gaëlle brings a truly global perspective to building cultures of collaboration, adaptability, and purpose-driven leadership.

Throughout her career, Gaëlle has led transformative initiatives as a change management consultant, instructional designer, leadership coach, and team facilitator. She has designed and delivered programs for more than 7,000 managers and teams worldwide, empowering organizations to strengthen leadership, enhance team performance, and navigate complex change with clarity and confidence.

With a dual background in information technology and digital learning design, Gaëlle is a strong advocate for leveraging technology to foster human connection, learning, and collaboration. Through Cambiana, she drives the creation of innovative hybrid programs that blend coaching, experiential learning, and behavioral insights, helping leaders grow in self-awareness, agility, and influence.

In addition to her corporate work, Gaëlle lectures on intercultural psychology and communication at several German universities, including the University of Regensburg, the Technical University of Munich, and the University of Bamberg. She is also a sought-after speaker on emotional intelligence, personality dynamics, cultural transformation, and change leadership.

Gaëlle holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from E.S.C. La Rochelle and a postgraduate degree in Social Sciences from E.H.E.S.S. Paris. She is a certified coach, trained in Appreciative Inquiry, accredited in the Team Trust Indicator (TTI), and a certified TypeCoach and MBTI® practitioner (Steps I & II).
