Gaëlle Piernikarch
Gaëlle is the founder and CEO of Cambiana, for which she has the vision of offering a new art of people development, with learning journeys based on awareness, purpose and social experience.
After starting her career in international marketing communications and business development, Gaëlle then moved to different positions in project and change management in the IT industry, living and working in several European countries and in the US.
In the past twelve years, Gaëlle has been working as a consultant, team facilitator, leadership coach and trainer, designing and leading programs for more than 5.000 professionals on the topics of cross-cultural management, team performance and leadership development, and change and cultural transformation across various industries worldwide.
Gaëlle enjoys partnering with leaders and their teams to help them thrive by developing a profound understanding of their respective strengths and cultural backgrounds as a basis for effective cooperation. She deeply believes in diversity in society and the workplace to foster innovation, growth, and high performance. Also a painter, she strives to liberate creative energies at work.
Gaëlle regularly speaks at conferences on topics linked to emotional intelligence and has been giving lectures on intercultural psychology and communication for several universities in Germany, including the University of Regensburg, the Technical University of Munich and the University of Bamberg. Gaëlle holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from the E.S.C. La Rochelle, a postgraduate degree in Social Sciences from the E.H.E.S.S. in Paris. She is a certified coach, trained in Appreciative Inquiry, accredited in the Team Trust Indicator (TTI) and 360 tool Next Level Leadership, and a certified MBTI® and TypeCoach practitioner.
Based in Munich, she works in English, French and German.
