Stephanie Püttker
Stephanie started her career in 2000 as an outdoor trainer and then expanded into indoor environments as an intercultural facilitator for team and leadership development. One of her specialties is her lively process-oriented and client-centered working style, which she leads with great enthusiasm.
Her expertise in teamwork has been exemplified in training sessions for worldwide companies across different industries. She is also a trained and certified online training facilitator and as such, she has designed and led many virtual programs for multicultural remote teams.
In addition to experiential-based training programs for various international companies, Stephanie has developed and carried out several personal and social competencies programs. She has also worked as a lecturer at Wiesbaden University of Applied Sciences, Darmstadt Technical University for Cross-Cultural Awareness and at Freiburg Faculty as a lecturer on Intercultural Teamwork. From 2004 to 2009, she was a guest teacher at Valencia University, Spain on the subject of team development, for a postgraduate Human Resources Management course, and in 2006 at Barcelona University, Spain, on Leadership Management.
After gaining her diploma in Social Pedagogy, Stephanie trained as a soft-skills and outdoor trainer. She completed postgraduate studies in experiential education and on intercultural communication where she got certified as an Intercultural Trainer and Coach. She is also a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) practitioner.
Stephanie is co-author of a book about intercultural communication and training activities: Losche & Püttker: “Interkulturelle Kommunikation – Theoretische Einführung und Sammlung praktischer Interaktions-übungen”, 2009.
She works in German and English and is eloquent in Italian and Spanish.
