Myriam Capel

With close to 20 years’ international business and leadership experience as program and project lead, and as supply chain manager, Myriam inspires and motivates others with her passion and positivity, through coaching and training, to help them reach the best out of themselves and their teams.

In her last position in the food industry, Myriam has been working as senior project manager Europe. In this role, she developed broad expertise in the fields of Product development & new product launches as well as leading cross functional teams, delivering trainings and coaching for business transformation and personal development, systems and process changes, change management and high performing teams and collaboration, together with team engagement.

Myriam holds a Masters’ degree in international business from Paris I University. She is a certified Professional Coach, ICF accredited PCC level (Erickson Coaching International, solution-focused training program Art & Science of Coaching ACTP) and as Business Trainer, Coach & Change Management Consultant (Mesh Academy BDVT ISO/IEC17024). She is also a certified Agile Scrum Master and Agile Scrum Product Owner.

Based in France, Myriam works in English, French and German.
