- Configuration, management, maintenance, updating and documentation of the Cambiana Learning Management Systems / LMS solution (including interfaces to other systems)
- Professional administration of the platform (administration of users, roles & authorizations, page design, etc.)
- Support management & customer service, contact person for the users (customers and trainers) with questions and problems
- Close cooperation with the trainers for the further development of the curricula/modules, training of the trainers as users
- Co-development and implementation of new teaching and learning scenarios or e-learning modules
- Updating existing content
- Creation and optimization of reports, e.g. on the usage behavior of the platform
- Responsible for optimization, continuous evaluation and further development of the e-learning area
- Assistance in the implementation of trainings and workshops, e.g. as a technical host
- Community Management
- Participation in the further development of the digital learning strategy

To support our continuous growth, we are looking for a dedicated E-learning Specialist for our digital learning programs (m/f/d); the role is based on site in Munich.
Your Tasks
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on digital learning and processes
- Min. 3 years' experience in the e-learning and community management field
- Experience in dealing with learning management systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as experience with video conferencing. Furthermore, you are fit in MS Office and video editing
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Great organization skills, structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Motivated personality with an interest in the topics of personnel and organizational development
- High interest for international and diverse cultures, team player
- Fluency in English and German; ideally native English speaker
