Designed for maximal effect with minimal work disruption, our 4-month leadership program combines 4 group workshop days, 6 learning modules, one individual coaching session, fieldwork and online activities with the permanent support of our training team.

Content & sessions of the Cambiana Leadership Program

Each module focuses on a key facet of leadership excellence and is sustained by a face-to-face group workshop, interactive e-learning & peer-to-peer practice. The main languages of the program are English and/or German.
